I conducted research in partnership with the UX Research team to determine top questions employers have about posting a job on Indeed.
Then I developed FAQ page content, working with the design team.
We decided the best way to surface the FAQ page was through an email to employers who created an account but haven’t posted their first job.
The FAQ page in conjunction with the email was a success in answering key customer questions about posting a job.
